【課程目標】


綠帶是能夠利用DMAIC方法論及相關流程分析工具改進本職工工作流程的人員，通常作為六西格瑪項目改進小組的成員參與項目活動，推進項目開展或支持黑帶完成改進項目。通過學習六西格瑪綠帶課程，學員可以深入了解六西格瑪發(fā)展和要求，學習導入及推行六西格瑪所必需的基本知識和技能并學會完成至少一個六西格瑪項目.
