【培訓(xùn)對象】生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)總經(jīng)理；專案推行專員、工程師；生產(chǎn)/工程部經(jīng)理/主管/工程師
【課程目標(biāo)】
綠帶是能夠利用DMAIC方法論及相關(guān)流程分析工具改進本職工工作流程的人員，通常作為六西格瑪項目改進小組的成員參與項目活動，推進項目開展或支持黑帶完成改進項目。通過學(xué)習(xí)六西格瑪綠帶課程，學(xué)員可以深入了解六西格瑪發(fā)展和要求，學(xué)習(xí)導(dǎo)入及推行六西格瑪所必需的基本知識和技能并學(xué)會完成至少一個六西格瑪項目.
